Schuessler Muscle Relaxant Mag Phos contains Magnesium Phosphate, a mineral tissue salt traditionally used in homeopathic medicine for the relief of muscle cramps, spasms, twitches and spasmodic pains.

Active Ingredient

Each tablet contains:

Magnesium Phosphate – 0.5 micrograms

Contains lactose.

Directions for Use

Adults: 1 tablet per dose
Children 1–11 years: ½ tablet per dose
Infants 0–11 months: ¼ tablet per dose

Acute dose: One dose every 30 minutes until symptoms subside, up to 6 times daily.

Maintenance dose: One dose 4 times daily.

Chew tablets. For infants and children aged 0–2 years, crush and dissolve in water.

Take 30 minutes away from food.
