How to Use

Waist Wrap

1. Apply castor oil to the white lining of the wrap.

2. Position around your abdomen or preferred area.

3. Secure using the adjustable elastic straps.

4. Relax for approximately 45–60 minutes.

5. Remove and wipe the area with a warm, damp towel.

Neck Wrap

1. Apply castor oil to the white lining.

2. Position comfortably around your neck.

3. Secure with the adjustable fastening.

4. Leave in place for approximately 45–60 minutes.
