There’s something about a rich mushroom gravy that can turn a simple meal into proper comfort food. Mingle’s Mushroom Gravy delivers that savoury, herby mushroom flavour with a much simpler approach to ingredients than many traditional instant gravies.
Mingle has left out many of the ingredients commonly found in conventional gravy mixes, including added sugars, maltodextrin, dextrose, shortening powders, artificial colours and vegetable oils, then brought the flavour back with a delicious blend of herbs and spices.
And yes — it still thickens into a proper gravy. Because nobody wants mushroom-flavoured water poured over their roast. 😂
